How do I redeem my 10 digit reward code?

Copy your code (ctrl + c on a PC) from the email you received and paste (ctrl + v) into the field at the top of this page, then click submit.

Can I add my reward codes together?

Yes, you can combine up to 10 different reward codes for a single order.

Once you have entered the shopping page then paste your second code into the 'Add additional reward code (optional)' field and click on the 'Add' button. This will combine the values of the reward codes which will provide you with more spending power!

Does my code expire?

Each code has 12 months validity from date of issue. You can check the expiry date of your code by entering it above.

My reward code has expired. Can this be extended or replaced?

Unfortunately we are unable to extend, replace, refund or re-issue expired reward codes.

Do I have to spend the full value of the reward code in one go?

No, you can spend a portion of it now and redeem the remaining value at another time within the codes validity period.

It has been over a week and I still have not received my order?

Digital voucher orders will be sent to the e-mail address provided to us at the checkout stage within 10 working days.

Physical voucher orders are dispatched within 10 working days.

Can I view my order history and order status?

Once you have entered your reward code above, you will be able to view your order history (if your reward code has been successfully redeemed).

There are 3 possible order statuses:

  • New: your order has just been placed and it will be processed shortly
  • Awaiting Dispatch: your order has been processed and is awaiting to be dispatched
  • Dispatched: your order has been dispatched and it is on its way to you

If I change my mind can I cancel the order?

No, once you have placed your order you cannot change your mind. Therefore, please kindly ensure that you double check all relevant details before placing your order.

I would like to change my email / delivery address for my order?

Please enter the reward code used to place the above and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that we may not be able to change any order information and can not be held liable if your order has not been received.
